Kopi4d Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the kopi4d platform. By registering for or using any service on this website, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated below. This document applies to all users in Malaysia.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the kopi4d platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
To use the kopi4d platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
- Not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where participation in online betting activities is wholly prohibited under local law;
- Registering with accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information.
Kopi4d reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and may suspend or terminate an account if the information provided is found to be inaccurate or misleading.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on kopi4d. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential.
You must notify kopi4d immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. kopi4d will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to:
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activities;
- Sharing your account or allowing others to access it on your behalf;
- Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to manipulate games or the system;
- Spreading false or misleading information about the kopi4d platform;
- Attempting to access areas of the platform that are not authorised for general users.
3. Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the kopi4d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via a range of local payment methods including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, FPX, and supported e-wallets. kopi4d does not charge any currency conversion fees as all accounts are operated in MYR.
Deposits & Minimum Limits
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the thresholds set by the platform at any given time. The latest information on transaction limits is available in your account dashboard after logging in. kopi4d reserves the right to adjust these limits with reasonable notice.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests will be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same user's name. kopi4d reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Funds obtained through activities that breach these terms may be forfeited without compensation.
Transaction Disputes
Any disputes relating to transactions must be reported to the kopi4d support team within 30 days of the transaction date. kopi4d's system records will be treated as conclusive evidence in any transaction dispute.
4. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Kopi4d reserves the right to immediately suspend, restrict, or terminate a user's account if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has:
- Violating any provision of these terms and conditions;
- Providing false or misleading registration information;
- Engaging in fraudulent activity or attempting to manipulate the system;
- Register multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or advantages that are not permitted;
- Failure to verify your identity when requested within the specified timeframe.
In the event of account closure due to a breach, any credit balance associated with the violating activity may be forfeited. For voluntary account closure with no breach involved, users may contact the kopi4d support team at [email protected]. Any legitimate remaining funds will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limits
Kopi4d provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or downtime. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, kopi4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from their use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Kopi4d is not liable for losses resulting from the user's internet connection failure, device failure, or any external factors beyond the platform's control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the kopi4d platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, images, and software — is the intellectual property of kopi4d or its respective third-party licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission from kopi4d.

The kopi4d platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. kopi4d has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website before engaging with it.
6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

Kopi4d reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are announced will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to the appropriate Malaysian court of jurisdiction.
